Webfoot Painting and Webfoot Concrete Coatings is looking to hire a HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team!  Are you a passionate, hardworking, results-driven HR professional who wants to join a fast-growing company, have a big impact, and be a part of a fun, goal-oriented team?

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily HR activities including benefits administration, employee leave, recognition programs and events, enforcing company policies and practices while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. You will also will assist with recruiting efforts including phone screens, scheduling interviews, interviewing, reference checks, pre-employment screens, new hire orientation and paperwork in conjunction with the HR Specialist.

Serious Pay and Benefits:

Total compensation package between $50k - $60k per year

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years HR experience required 
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred 
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Must have extreme attention to detail, be a critical-thinker, and problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
  • College degree preferred but not required
